- What is your return policy?
At DIGICITY, we pride ourselves with 100% customer satisfaction. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 20 days with no restocking fee from the date it was received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Does the item I purchase come with a warranty?
Yes, DIGICITY will repair any items which become defective within a 6 month period from the customer’s receipt of the items.
DIGICITY does not warrant against failure or damage due to misuse such as, but not limited to water damage, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose and alteration of the product.

Return by mail:
- Contact us thru the contact form at here and we will send the RMA code for the order
- Ship the product with your original receipt to the address provided in the email.
Return shipping costs (the cost that you incur to send the item back to us) for unwanted goods must be paid for by the customer.
We will pay for return shipping when items delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.
Please note all items being returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that you send via shipping with tracking number. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items, as any damage caused in transit we cannot be held responsible for. Please also include your name, address, email, contact number and order number when returning your item, therefore we can locate your return and contact you if necessary.
